1. What material are Lumélia jewels made of? Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

To combine fineness, durability and comfort, all our collections are made of 316L surgical stainless steel. It is a robust and completely hypoallergenic material. Our finishes use the PVD plating process, which is ultra-resistant and perfectly suited for the most sensitive skin to avoid any irritation.

 

2. Are Lumélia jewels waterproof?

Yes, absolutely! 316L stainless steel has the great advantage of not oxidizing. You can live with your jewelry daily (showering, hand washing) without fear of them losing their beautiful color.

 

3. Are your rings and other jewelry adjustable?

All our necklaces and bracelets are designed to adapt to you, with extension chains ranging from 4 to 8 cm depending on the model. Some of our rings are also adjustable, while the majority are offered in fixed sizes to guarantee their solidity and perfect fit. Do not hesitate to consult the product sheet of each piece to know its specificities.

 

4. How do I care for my stainless steel jewelry daily?

Surgical-grade steel requires very little maintenance. To restore the shine of your jewelry, simply rub it gently with a small dry, soft cloth. Just avoid direct contact with perfume to preserve their shine year after year.

 

5. How are the jewels packaged? Is it suitable for a gift?

Each Lumélia jewel is carefully placed in a minimalist black box made of solid and elegant cardboard. Your order is accompanied by a delicate thank you card, making it a refined unboxing experience, perfect for gifting — or for treating yourself.

 

6. What is the delivery time for an order?

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Your box will arrive directly and discreetly in your mailbox or at a relay point, depending on your choice during the order.

 

7. Where are the jewels shipped from?

All Lumélia orders are meticulously checked, packaged, and shipped from France, guaranteeing fast tracking and customer service always at your disposal.

 

8. Can I modify or cancel my order?

You have a very short time to modify or cancel your order because we prepare shipments quickly. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to fulfill your request before shipping.

 

9. Do you offer size exchanges for rings?

Yes! If your ring does not fit your size, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will help you find the ideal size, subject to availability and provided the ring is returned in its original condition.
