Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between Maison Lumélia and its customers via the website maison-lumelia-bijoux.fr.

Article 2 — Products

Maison Lumélia offers jewelry made of 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD finish. The essential characteristics of each product are described on its respective product page.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€), excluding delivery costs. You can change the currency at the top right of the site's homepage. As a sole trader (*auto-entrepreneur*), VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the General Tax Code).

Article 4 — Orders

The sale is considered final upon receipt of full payment. However, Maison Lumélia reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an unresolved prior dispute, or if an order appears abnormal, fraudulent, or suspicious (e.g., inconsistent details, suspicion of identity theft or bank fraud).

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made via bank card, PayPal, or Shop Pay. All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Shipping times are generally 3 to 5 business days within France and Europe. Maison Lumélia cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carriers. Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason. The piece of jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Article 8 — Warranties

All products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9 — Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
